A bemused therapist meets a woman in his dreams who romanticizes the waking world; she will do anything, even jump off overpasses and sugar clouds, to leave the whimsical dream universe and wake up. When he follows her throughout the dream in an attempt to diagnose and treat her self-destructive tendencies, bad memories flood the dreamscape to reveal that he might be the one who needs saving.

It’s 2085 and all that’s left in this world is God, man, and a pervert gang leader with his posse of adopted redneck children—all adopted, that is, except the thorn in his side, his daughter Noelle. Noelle will do anything to impress her father and his posse, even bomb a church at his command. It’s a war of affections, culture, and love, but little does Noelle know when she takes it that she has stumbled upon an even bigger battle…the one of flesh and blood, of God and human, of sensuality and the soul.
